Chief Executive Chef, Shawn Favia graduated from Johnson & Wales University culinary school. He brings years experience from working in some of New England top restaurants. As a entrepreneur Shawn has owned and operated several restaurants in the finger lake area.
Each one of our locations has a dedicated Chef de cuisine, that is responsible for all operations of a location. This ensures consistency, responsibility and a single point of contact for our customers.
Our focus is to provide all food from locally sourced and stainable resources, when ever possible. High quality while supporting local farm to table is a focus for our service
