We have a fee based structure that once minimum food sales revenue all fees are waived, so if we meet our goals there is no cost to the brewery.  We like this model because it allows us to work with you to maximize the return on the ROI on having a food service.

We manage all sales through our own POS system and keep all the profits.  Unlike a food truck or catering service we have economies of scale, allowing us to provide high end service and equipment at a lower operational cost.

All Brewery Food Service orders must be placed through our POS system.  Typically this is required by local regulations as AFS is an independent food service provider.

Seamless.  They can order food from our food stand or kitchen and it will be delivered directly by our staff. We work with your team to brand the menu to your requirements, we can wear your uniforms and our trailer is branded as yours. The customer will see the experience as if it is provided by you!

We are always onsite, staffed and ready to provide you food service. Unlike food trucks, we don't break down, we never cancel and always have consistent quality of service. 

We typically engage in an exclusive  one year contract that is cancelable with 30 days written notice.  Our contacts can allow for other food service providers to be schedule through out the year.  We are flexible based on the needs of your business.

Typically our service can start within four to six weeks. This time schedule is dependent on your locations needs (food trailer or kitchen), development of the menu, contract signature and schedule a menu tasting for your approval. Once this is completed we are ready to start your food service!
